I encountered this webpage about a tempurpedic complaint while surfing the web. It is pretty interesting and I thought I share it with you.

Tempurpedic was verifiably dishonest
I set up the web page in March 2001, after an unsuccessful attempt to return a Tempurpedic mattress (in mint condition) within the stated time frame and after several unsuccessful ensuing attempts to communicate with Tempurpedic representatives. These included phone calls, emails, and a certified letter to the CEO. They finally responded only after learning of my intention to set up the web page. Their responses were verifiably dishonest. My respect for the company's integrity plummeted.

So you know, I am not a mattress expert. I lead a rich and busy life. I simply wanted to return my mattress. The popularity of my web page has generated, literally, millions of hits, as well as emails of similar horror stories. I will keep this page active and public until Tempurpedic shows better business practice. They never did accept the return of my mattress.
