This morning I was lengthening when I felt a sharp pain in the middle of my back. Now I can 'the warp to move my neck without shooting pain down my neck, arm and back. Sometimes even wake up with pain, I guess the wrong sleep. I get this about once a month and lasts several days, but harms the Evil of sooo. I'm wondering if there is anyone with experience with this and, if so, what can I do to do better (over increased) and to keep it out of yet? I have a friggin 'mattress and pillow to Tempurpedic that doesn' t help I 'VE the Vicodin tried, but that doesn' t do much. I haven 't done anything heavy lately, one or the other. I do not have insurance or money to go to a Chiropractor - (next to think it, now put that to the top of my list of Christmas!) Aid please. I do not want to believe like this on Christmas. By the way, is a trapped nerve or a pulled muscle? Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I go to sleep between 10:45 - 12: 00 and wake up around 7:30, but ALWAYS wake up tired. Selo deal, after the 8: 30 or 9:00, I feel 100%.
