How do you get spilled coffee out of a mattress?

I have a new mattress of Tempurpedic and I overthrew a cup of coffee by 12 ounces. I have already removed the lining for mattresses and I washed that on the delicate machine, but as I get the smell from the mattress itself? The company has suggested the sodium bicarbonate with the hammer and arm. Is that the best way? The put right or diluisco lo?

Baking soda is good. Make it into a paste - not too runny. Another good solution is Borax. It is a great cleaner as well as deodorizer. Same thing: make it a paste, massage it into stain, and to rinse, use a damp cloth, rinsing it often, and blotting area to dry.

I haven’t had to remove one like this but I got this from
Mix one teaspoon of a mild ph balanced detergent (a mild non alkaline non bleaching detergent) with a cup of lukewarm water
Blot
Mix one third cup of white household vinegar with two thirds cup of water
