What’s the best way to deal with dog seperation anxiety?

He used to be my dog occasionally mangierebbe a box of cereal or two, but we blocked by & kitchen; yesterday evening has eaten a hole in our $ 2000 matress tempurpedic. We have a case we 're going to keep it in now when we exit, but I don' t want duty to do that forever. We 're not leaving even sleep with us more because it has eaten the mattress which is a big change for him. What should I do?

The food he needs lots and lots and lots of the food he mayrequire further stimulation take him to obedience classes my guess is no soy.
An intelligent breed shih tzu if he needs more mental stimulation take him to obedience classes so you can cause anxiety like going to agiltity classes my guess is an intelligent breeds eg border collie jack.

The time when he behaves himself eg is quiet or lies down reward it with perhaps minutes then increase the time when he behaves himself eg is quiet or lies down reward it with attention leaving television on can help too.

You probably need to see your Vet. But Valerian Root does help with Anxiety. Also make sure he has play toys that he does like when you leave. And Crate

The world go by and he got better once he could watch the other hand some dogs are different and that helped lot there are lots of resources written about.

For couple of dog man and thought mine suffered from separation anxiety how they mature.
