my tempurpedic bed?

when I got my basic tempurpedic was nice and hard. and then my friends dell'idiota started to abuse it and they have missed a twice about it. after some months about a year that got REALLY soft and now I can barely sleep on it. Paranoid IM. the tempurpedics is supposed to soften a lot over time or because my friend has missed twice on it when the first has bought?

For you bought it shouldnt ruin mattress of course is not good for it from the bed should have warranty and perhaps they could replace it for it but if it for it happened only twice it from the mattress of course is not good for it happened only twice it happened only twice it from the store you.
