fleas?! help?

my ankles to resemble S THE HIT were all up morse ive the limited him down, I know their fleas and theyre in my base I do not see MAI fleas or any insect for that matter I did not pets the ive has washed my layers… and I do not know what to do about my matress because on a tempurpedic, so I smussa really do much with, its very heavy and its like a giant sponge almost …. . any ideas of how to obtain them? cannot ask another night's sleep on that basis, its horrible. Please help! Council?
