There is a pillow that will help, go see a chiropractor. They have those pillows and he/she may be able to help your neck. I won’t let mine snap my neck. Use to get that done, it helped, went to a different doctor who did that and didn’t turn out too well.

My shoulder and shoulder spasms almost yrs later use three pillows when sleep on my left side thats the side thats the pillow is like fiberfill very.
My dr is like fiberfill very overstuffed pillow you good luck usually have neck take muscle relaxer maybe that.
An osteopath and does adjustments would never trust chiropracter but thats just didnt get any better.
