Legal question about potential fire?
Written by admin on January 15, 2009 – 5:26 am -My husband needed a replacement battery for his cell phone because it wouldn 't close the office. The company has sent a new battery. He took the old battery and has prepared in a plastic bag provided by cell phone. The bag was then thrown on the basis in our bedroom spare. The battery has burned in some way through the bag, a survey of tempurpedic mattress by 3.5 inches, all my adjustment and a mattress practically new. My whole house could go on fire like this has happened while we were away on vacation. I called the cell phone company. Basically they told me I was finding because nothing like this has ever happened before, but offered me a month's free service. Well, that 's a nice, but all my adjustment, my major and my mattress basis are ruined and my house could go on fire. Let me so that the cell phone company replace everything. This is something that I should study the possibility of using a lawyer, or it would be more of a pain then head worth?

From a lawyer. A lawyer will not handle a case this small. However, you can file a lawsuit in small claims court in JP court. It’s cheap, easy and quick. It works just like the judge shows on TV. These shows usually come on during the day some record one or two and see how it looks.
