My cats have peed and pooped all over my tempurpedic mattress and i think its ruined? please help?

Please help someone I 'love of desperate m. ii my cats and my basis and I do not want to get rid of even but don 't know make their arrest we had to keep them in my room used to the smell of home, but now had a person in the house we aren 't leave has allowed outside the house. and are orinati out.
